Troubleshooting the Remote Control

If your Remote Control is not responding or you receive a
NO RESPONSE message, follow these steps until the problem is resolved:

1. Place your Remote Control closer to your Trial Device or External Trial Stimulator.
2. Change the battery in your ETS.
3. Change the AAA batteries in your Remote Control.
